NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 5 of the Village Law of the State of New York, the tentative budget of the Village of Walden, Orange County, New York for the fiscal year June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026 has been completed and filed in the office of the Village Clerk, Municipal Square of said Village where it is available for inspection by any interested person during office hours or online at the Village’s website www.villageofwalden.org
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walden shall conduct a public hearing upon the tentative budget at the Municipal Building, One Municipal Square in said Village at 6:30pm or shortly thereafter on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 to review the budget and consider for adoption said budget that all persons interested may be heard in favor of or against the tentative budget as compiled or any item therein contained.
The Village of Walden will make every effort to assure that the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
