NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A LOCAL LAW THAT IS SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
Notice is hereby given that the Village Board of the Village of Walden, County of Orange, State of New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of September 2021, did adopt a local law pursuant to New York State Cannabis Law Section 131 opting out of permitting licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Walden.
This Local Law is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
