Each residential garbage customer has 2 toters, one for garbage and one for single stream recycling.  Only the 96 gallon (or in some cases 64 gallon) toters provided to each property by the garbage company should be used for weekly garbage pick up.

For Single Stream Recycling pick up; kindly place the toter(s) curbside on Tuesday evenings for regular Wednesday morning pick up.  Please be advised that at times due to holidays or inclement weather the pick up day may need to be changed.  Please check the Village Calendar and our website for date changes.

Please contact the Village Clerk with any questions or concerns pertaining to garbage pick up including any missed pick up, broken or missing toters, or questions regarding how/where garbage should go out,  845-778-2177 ext. 1503 or via email: mkraus@villageofwalden.org
