Spring is here and with that brings new growth which includes your lawn! Just a friendly reminder of the Village of Walden Code on grass/weed cutting:
Per the Village Code Chapter 105, Section 105-2: Growth of weeds, grass or other rank vegetation to a height greater than five (5) inches or any accumulation of dead grass, weeds or brush is prohibited.
Failure to comply with this code will result in the Village undertaking the cutting and/or clean up, and presenting you as the owner with a bill for services to cut said grass, brush, and weeds/clean up.
