Notice of Adoption
Local Law No. 2 of 2022
Please Take Notice that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walden did adopt Local Law No. 2 of 2022 on August 2, 2022, at a duly scheduled meeting of the Village Board of Trustees. Said local law amends chapter 305 of the Code of the Village of Walden, entitled “Zoning” to the extent of increasing the maximum permitted lot coverage in the OLI (Office Light Industry) Zoning District from 30% to 40%.
Copies of the said local law are available and the Village Clerk’s office during regular business hours and are also available on the Village’s web site.
