SPECIAL MEETING
AND
NOTICE OF THE CONTINUATION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2022-2023 VILLAGE BUDGET AND ON LOCAL LAW 2 OF 2022 [TAX CAP OVERRIDE]
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Walden will be held on the 27th day of April 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, One Municipal Square, Walden, NY 12586 for the continuation of the public hearing on Local Law 2 of 2022 (Tax Cap Override) and on the Village Tentative Budget for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2022 and ending May 31, 2023.
In addition, the Board may consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
The compensation to be paid to the Village elected officials is as follows:
Mayor: $7,905 Trustees: $6,375
A copy of the Tentative Budget is available for public inspection on the Village website at www.villageofwalden.org.
At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be heard.
