NOTICE

SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Walden will be held on the 27th and 28th day of April 2022 at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at the Village Hall, One Municipal Square, Walden, NY 12586. The meetings are for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Village Treasurer. The Village Board may also consider together any other items of business that may come before the Board at either meeting and may take such other action at either meeting as may be deemed appropriate and necessary by the Village Board.
As permitted by law, teleconferencing will be used for the Village Board meetings held on April 27th and 28th of 2022.
Trustee Brian Sebring will participate remotely via teleconference. The location he will participate from is 2111 Hartlebury Way, Sun City Center, Florida, 33573. This location is accessible to the public and the public has the right to attend the meeting by being present at the 2111 Hartlebury Way, Sun City Center, Florida, 33573 location for the meeting.
Trustee Lynn Thompson will participate remotely via teleconference. The location she will participate from is Building 4874 Unit 101 Luster Leaf Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577. This location is accessible to the public and the public has the right to attend the meeting by being present at Building 4874 Unit 101 Luster Leaf Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577location for the meeting.
