Village tax payments will be accepted beginning Friday, June 1, 2018 until Saturday, June 30, 2018 without penalty. Only payments in full can be accepted, no partial payments are accepted.
Beginning July 1st, a 5% penalty will be added to all unpaid taxes. Monthly, thereafter a 1% penalty is added until November 1st when all unpaid taxes by this date are returned to the Orange County Treasurer and no further payments can be accepted by the Village of Walden after this date.
To pay in person payments are accepted in Cash or Checks payable to the Village of Walden. Normal Village office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 12pm (noon). Please be advised that for your convenience, the Village offices will be open later than normal on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 8am until 4:30pm.

For after hours payments please use our payment drop box located on the wall to the right of our office doors on the 3rd Floor of the Municipal Building. The building is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week so feel free to use the drop box at any time that the office is closed. Please be advised that any payments left in the drop box on Saturday, June 30th and Sunday, July 1st will be marked paid on time and will NOT be charged a late payment penalty.
Credit Card Payments can be made online or in person at the Village offices with a debit or credit card. Access the link from our homepage or click here, then, simply enter your name, a portion of your address, OR your section block & lot number to access your tax bill and make the payment:
