NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW 7 OF 2018
VILLAGE OF WALDEN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walden will hold a Public Hearing on November 20, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, One Municipal Square, Walden, NY 12586 to consider the adoption of Introductory Local Law No. 7 of 2018. This local law would amend Section 305 of the Code of the Village of Walden entitled “Zoning” by repealing Section 305-54(C) entitled “General Standards” and amending code section 305-54(D) entitled “Specific types of variances” to establish modified criteria for the evaluation of variance applications related to existing nonconforming uses, buildings and lots. A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office at One Municipal Square, Walden, NY during regular business hours. It is also available on the Village website www.villageofwalden.org
At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be heard.
