BUDGET REVIEW MEETING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Walden has scheduled budget review meetings for Monday April 13, 2020; Tuesday April 14, 2020; Wednesday April 15, 2020 and Thursday April 16, 2020 with each meeting to convene at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, One Municipal Square, Walden, NY 12586.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the applicable Executive Orders heretofore issued by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo suspending certain provisions of the New York State Open Meetings Law, physical attendance by the public at these meetings will not be permitted nor will there be any public comment permitted during the meetings. Written comments will be accepted until April 21, 2020 at 5 p.m. The Meetings will be Live Streamed for the public at:

As permitted by Section 104 of the Public Officers Law and the Governor’s Executive Orders, the Mayor and individual board members may participate from remote locations. Consistent with the aforementioned Executive Orders, physical attendance by the public at said remote locations shall not be permitted.
The Village of Walden will make every effort to assure that the Public Hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.
