NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to 305-50.B of the code of the Village of Walden, and 7-712-a.7 of the New York State Village Law, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Walden, New York will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard that day at the Village Offices, One Municipal Square, Walden New York on the application of Orange County Transit, LLC for a review of the determination of the Village Building Inspector regarding a Stop Work Order, dated September 14, 2020, and a Violation Notice, dated September 14, 2020 in relation to using the property located at 1031, State Route 52 without Site Plan approvals, and engaging in construction on site without benefit of building permits being applied for or issued. The property effected is currently identified on the Tax Map as Section 10, Block 1, Section(s) 80.2, 81, 82, 83, 84 and is located in a B-4 Zoning District. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the office of the Building Department during regular business hours. This meeting is open to the public.
